Overview / Good Management Of Your DXPortfolio (Guide)

Replace your credit cards and debt and take full control of your financial future by building and operating your own DXPortfolio online asset.

The DXPortfolio is a backbone component of a user's DXServices. The DXPortfolio provides a place for user's to grow their online asset, while still being able to use available credit with DXDebit.

Operating a DXPortfolio provides the first step to begin earning an income from the DXSystem's 'Supply and demand' activity. By linking into the activity from almost every service provided by the DXSystem, the DXPortfolio's take into account the supply and demand from location to location and adjust accordingly.

Each Digot (or Destination symbol) is linked to a location in the DXSystem, be it a country, state or city. Locations that have shown prominent activity but are not already listed as Digot Symbols, are then considered for addition.

When you purchase 'Digots' in a Digot Symbol, the following EOS (End of Session), you will receive not only the price increase of that Digot Symbol, but also an allocation of EOS Credits. From these credits you are then able to purchase more Digots or simply let them accumulate for bulk Digot purchases.

Withdrawals from your DXPortfolio are performed through the use of DXDebit. DXDebit allows you to withdraw against your DXPortfolio's credit while still holding and earning on the Digots you hold as your DXPortfolio's asset.

. : Introduction : .

While navigating your way around the DXSystem, you may find yourself lost in the overall size and complexity of the services on offer. With the list of features and services growing by the day and by the week it can be hard to keep up. While learning the DXSystem, no other area is more important to manage correctly than your DXPortfolio.

The DXPortfolios are built on a platform that has been designed and constructed over several years and has been carefully planned and implemented for long-term future growth. The DXPortfolios form a major part of any DXUsers interaction with the DXSystem and above all, if a DXPortfolio is not managed correctly it can lose its potential and growth.

This guide is written to give you an insight to good management of your DXPortfolio and hopefully give you the working knowledge you need to have to keep a healthy DXPortfolio.

. : Funding And Initial Growth : .

When initially creating and beginning your DXPortfolio you should set in your mind some goals and targets that you would like to keep while operating and expanding your DXPortfolios capabilities. Things such as the overall size that you would like to have in your TDV should be a consideration. Other items like your OA Fees and the potential value that these may be at higher TDV's, need to be a factor considered when growing a DXPortfolio.

Funding of your DXPortfolio is done by way of transferring available funds from the Incoming Balance of your DXAccount(s) into your Reserve Balance. You can get funds in your Incoming Balance by simply InXchanging from an outside source. When initially adding funds to your Reserve Balance, be sure to keep some value in your Incoming Balance to pay for your OA Fees as this is the best possible method for your OA fee payments.

When it comes to growing your DXPortfolio, you may consider a strategy to your buying actions. Will I buy from the DigotScreen or the Trading House? What locations or destination symbols will I buy in? These choices will (generally in a small way) affect the way in which your DXPortfolio grows and performs. Though there is NO right and wrong way to grow your DXPortfolio you should always choose a method that works best for you.

. : OA (OrtoMatic Activation) Fee Payments : .

To keep your DXPortfolio operating in DXDebit and actively receiving EOS (End Of Session) Price Increases and EOS Credits you need to keep your DXPortfolio in OA (OrtoMatic Activation). When initially creating your DXPortfolio you automatically begin in OA for your first OA Series (30 Session/Days).

Following your first OA Series you will need to re-apply for OA in order to remain active. Generally this is done automatically at then conclusion of your last OA Session. If you have disabled automatic re-application in your DXPortfolio Settings you can re-apply by clicking on the re-application link from the Activation Status page.

When your OA Fee is charged (in EOS) this fee can be charged from one of four source types. These include your Incoming Balance of a nominated DXAccount, Available Balance of a nominated DXAccount, Reserve Balance of your DXPortfolio and the DXDebit Available Balance of your DXPortfolio. All but the Incoming Balance options are charged using the 'Standard' OA Fee rate, whereas the Incoming Balance uses the 'Discounted' OA Fee rate.

Overall, paying your OA Fee from your Incoming Balance is the best possible method. By using this balance the 'Discounted' OA Fee applies which does not incur the 'Standard Extra' fee or the 'DXDebit Increment' fee rates, thus resulting in a lower applicable fee.

Continued payment from sources that use the 'Standard' OA Fee should be avoided as this (over time) can increase your DXPortfolios OA Activation Fee (the 'Standard Extra' rate). Currently you are permitted to have 2 Standard Fee payments (in a year) that do not increase your 'Standard Extra' rate. For each OA Fee payment after this, it will multiply the 'Standard Extra' percentage for each Standard Fee payment thereafter.

You have the option to set up to 5 different sources for your OA Fee payment in your DXPortfolio Settings. To view a detailed breakdown of your OA Fee rates and values please see the Activation Status page.

. : Increasing Value / Buying More Digots : .

As time goes by, you will most likely want to grow the Total Digot Value of your DXPortfolio in order to increase your available DXDebit. This can be done by simply purchasing more Digots, while keeping in mind the strategies and guidelines discussed above.

However, you should note the continued buying of Digots is not necessary in your DXPortfolio and continued buying each session will not allow your DXPortfolio to grow to the extent to show a profit. As you make a Digot Buy the associated Buyers Fee and Premium value is added to the Credit Line which in turn decreases your profit from your DXPortfolio. This decrease is eventually overcome by the returns generated by EOS and all Digots will continue in their growth as time goes by.

. : Currency Adjustment / Fluctuation : .

DXPortfolio OverviewDuring each EOS all DXPortfolios will incur some form of currency adjustment. This adjustment will generally only effect DXPortfolios in a small way and should your currency adjustment be a negative value, do not worry, because following in true stead of an economy it will recover over time.

The flip side to this adjustment is that for some sessions your gains may be greater as a result of currency adjustment. Overall the currency adjustment shouldn't be a concerning factor as this only is a very small variation in the operation of your DXPortfolio.

. : Continued Good Balance Management : .

DXPortfolio OverviewDXPortfolio OverviewWhen operating your DXPortfolio you may at times find it necessary to manage the balances in your DXPortfolio, either to continue following a strategy you have set for yourself or repay a withdrawn balance or even to control the DXPortfolios overall growth.

There are several tools available to assist in the management of your DXPortfolios Balances. To see a description of these tools please see the Balance Manager Options page of your DXPortfolio.

Outlined below are the major balances of your DXPortfolio and a brief description of how they affect your DXPortfolio and other concerning calculations and values. Once you come to understand a particular balance and its role in your DXPortfolio you are on your way to good management of that balance.

TOTAL DIGOT VALUE:

The 'Total Digot Value' or TDV of your DXPortfolio is the primary balance and primary value used in most calculations on your DXPortfolio. This value forms the base for your OA Fees and is also responsible for the amount of EOS Credits and EOS Price Increase received at EOS.

While it is possible to let your TDV continually grow over time it is recommended that you set a target goal value and use the many tool options to keep around this level. While having a high TDV may be 'in thought' a good thing, you must remember that with a high TDV, higher OA Fees are also applicable.

RESERVE BALANCE:

Your 'Reserve Balance' or RB is used as the 'working capital' of your DXPortfolio. While this balance requires the least of all management some care must be taken when choosing a funding method.

You can fund your Reserve Balance from your 'Incoming Balance' of your DXAccount(s). This is the most ideal way of funding your RB as when you have purchased Digots with the funds it will allow for an increase in the overall Available DXDebit.

You also have the option to fund your RB from your Available DXDebit, it is not recommended that you use this method continuously. This is clearly due to when transferring funds from your Available DXDebit you are also increasing the 'Withdrawn' value of your DXPortfolio and in some cases may also be increasing your OA Fees. This funding method should be used with care and consideration.

CREDIT LINE:

Your 'Credit Line' or CL is used as a holding balance for your Premiums and Buyers Fees as well as any applicable OA/SA Admin Fees incurred at EOS. While this balance does not need to be repaid, it is recommended that you use some repayment strategies to not let the overall value of your Credit Line debt get to a high value. The higher your Credit Line is, the less DXDebit is available to withdraw.

DXDEBIT (USED):

The 'DXDebit Used' balance or DXDU is the withdrawn credit from your DXPortfolio. Though this value is considered as a 'withdrawn' value from your DXPortfolio, you will continue to earn on the Digots Value that makes up this balance.

Good management of the DXDebit Used is one of the primary keys in the overall management of your DXPortfolio. Having a low DXDebit Used balance allows you to call on your Available DXDebit when it's needed most. Though there is no requirement to repay your Used DXDebit, higher used values will increase your OA Fee (when the 'Standard OA Fee' is used).

. : Summary : .

Through good management of your DXPortfolio and other services and features in your DXService you can achieve the best possible outcome from your DXPortfolio and build yourself a life-long asset that will grow and change as your needs do.

With anything relating to financial movements you should always take care in what you do and how this affects your returns overall. With all the tools of the DXPortfolios at your fingertips, good DXPortfolios management is simple, easy and effective.
